Military-Relocations.com INC or MRC.INC is a licensed and regulated Corporation that is dedicated to assist military homebuyers and home sellers buy or sell a home. In addition to helping our clients effectively navigate the difficult home buying process, we provide them with a financial incentive for using our relocation service. Our dedicated specialists assist you in buying or selling a home, and we provide a financial incentive to you. As the Chairman and Founder of Military-Relocations.Com INC, I served on active duty for 22 years and have been buying and selling real estate in the northern Virginia and Washington DC area for over 12 years, and I have always given a little something back to each military member. But I wanted to do more.” Based on our experience , as well as suggestions and experiences of other military families, we established Military-Relocations.com.
Our goal is to establish a way that you, as either the buyer or the seller, can receive a financial benefit when you buy or sell a home. Traditionally, real estate agents get a portion of 3% of the sales price when they buy or sell a home for you. The more homes they buy or sell, the better off they are financially. With the escalation of home sales in the Washington, DC area a typical sale could net the agent more than $10,000. We want to give you the chance to share in this. For using our service, we will give you back a portion of the commission. You receive 20% of the commission that your dedicated, licensed real estate agent receives when you buy or sell your home.
