How It Works!
You register at the web site and answer a few questions to assist us in helping us determine what you are looking for in a home. After matching your requirements with our specialized agents we will then send a name of our licensed agent who knows and understands how to best support your housing needs.
For example if you were to buy a home for $500,000.00 with the MRC.INC agent who received a 3% commission. You would then receive a payment in the amount of $3,000.00. This money is yours and yours alone, we have developed a specialized agreement that legally rewards you for using MRC.INC. All of our agents understand the importance of making your real estate transaction as seamlessly smooth as possible. We review your information packet and try and match you with the right agent, right away.
3% of 500,000 = 15,000
$15,000 is the commission the realtor will receive from your home purchase
15,000 x 20% = 3,000
$3,000 is the money you will receive back from your agent.
Note: You will receive back 20% of the realtor's commission. This commission is usually 3%, but sometimes it is 2.5%
